High strength casting frame offers machine high rigidity by artificial aging and annealing

Automatic lubrication with a circular system recycle more than 98% lubrication oil and makes natural cooling. 

To prolong service life, all slide pillars are heat treated then chromium plated on those surfaces. In same time, reasonable pillar design enhances slide accuracy in working condition. 

All friction positions use bearings from NSK(Japan).

Hydraulic die height locker can hold die height and keep die away from damage by exceed tonnage.

To reduce press vibration in high speed running, API series equips special parts designed for dynamic balance purpose,
